1. About us

This website is operated by Ekami Luxury Fragrances (OPC) Private Limited, Ekami Luxury Fragrances Atelier, Haryana, India. Ekami Perfumes is an independent fragrance house. Our perfumes are original compositions inspired by five world fragrance cultures; they are not copies of, and are not affiliated with, any other brand.

2. Products & safety

• All fragrances are 100 ml Extrait de Parfum for external use only. Product photos are for illustration; packaging and liquid colour can vary slightly between batches.
• Perfume contains alcohol and is flammable. Keep away from flames, heat and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
• Do a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Ingredient information is available on the box and on request.
• Longevity and projection depend on skin type, climate and application, so the durations we mention are typical, not guaranteed.

3. Prices & offers

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.
• An invoice is available for every order from your order confirmation page and email. Business buyers can enter their registered business name and GSTIN at checkout to receive a GST invoice for input tax credit. GST details cannot be added or changed after the invoice is issued.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and may carry a minimum order value, expiry date or usage limit shown with the offer.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay, followed by our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund. Please make sure your contact and delivery details are correct.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines, charges and return rules are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Intellectual property

The Ekami name, logo, bottle and label designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Ekami Luxury Fragrances (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, place fraudulent orders or post unlawful content. We may block access for anyone who does.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, courier or network outages, or government action. We will keep you informed and, if an order cannot be fulfilled, refund you in full.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is registered, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
