1. Cosmetic & skin safety advisory

All Ekami perfumes are formulated for external, personal fragrance use only. They are not medical products, pharmaceuticals, or therapeutic remedies.

• Patch Test Recommended: Perfume formulations contain natural essential oils, aromatic isolates, and denatured alcohol. We strongly recommend performing a small 24-hour skin patch test behind the wrist or elbow before regular wear.
• Allergic Reactions: If you have known skin allergies, contact dermatitis sensitivities, or asthma, review the olfactory notes and discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
• Eye & Broken Skin Contact: Avoid spraying directly into eyes, mucous membranes, or on broken/sunburned skin. Rinse thoroughly with cool water if accidental contact occurs.

2. Olfactory perception & natural variance

Fine fragrances are complex, dynamic olfactory compositions. Scent perception, projection, and longevity vary based on individual skin pH, ambient humidity, temperature, diet, and olfactory adaptation (scent fatigue).

Furthermore, because our master compositions utilize premium botanical extracts, subtle variations in harvest season and natural maturation can introduce minor character nuances. Such nuances are marks of authentic perfumery rather than defects.

3. Product handling & flammability

Perfume liquids contain high-proof denatured ethyl alcohol and are flammable.

• Keep away from open flames, sparks, hot surfaces, and electrical appliances during application.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (optimal: 15°C–22°C). Direct sunlight accelerates evaporation and degrades delicate top notes.
• Keep out of reach of children and domestic pets.

4. Pricing & catalog representations

We make every effort to display product dimensions, bottle finishes, prices, and packaging imagery with utmost fidelity. However, subtle screen calibration variations across mobile devices and monitors may alter visual color tones. In the event of a typographical or catalog pricing error caused by technical malfunction, we reserve the statutory right to cancel unfulfilled orders and issue a full refund to the original payment source.

5. Intellectual property & trademarks

All bottle designs, brand logos, imagery, bespoke copywriting, and fragrance naming across the Ekami collections are the exclusive intellectual property of Ekami Luxury Fragrances (OPC) Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or imitation is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.

6. Limitation of statutory liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Indian commercial laws, Ekami Luxury Fragrances (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper storage, or unforeseen individual allergic reactions.
